By accessing or using Visonomics807 (“Service”), operated by Digital Vibes Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.3. Description of Service
Visonomics807 is an AI-powered economic data intelligence platform that provides:- Natural language search for economic indicators
- World Bank data integration (29,000+ indicators)
- Data visualization and charting capabilities (20+ chart types)
- AI-powered insights and analysis
- Smart Search for intelligent data discovery and analysis
- Community chart sharing and gallery features
- Subscription-based premium features
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.5. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Service in violation of our rate limits
- Redistribute or resell data obtained from the Service without permission
- Create false or misleading financial reports or analyses
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Digital Vibes Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Charts and visualizations you create using the Service remain your property. However, by publishing charts to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and share your content.8. Data Sources and Accuracy
Our Service aggregates data from the World Bank Open Data API, which provides comprehensive coverage of 29,000+ indicators across 189 countries. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL VIBES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.13. Changes to Terms
