After creating a visualization, click the Save Chart button to preserve your work.Save Dialog Options

Title
Give your chart a descriptive name that explains what it shows.Example: “G7 GDP Growth 2010-2023”

Description
Add context about your analysis or key findings.

Visibility
Choose who can see your chart:
- Private: Only you can access it
- Public: Anyone with the link can view it

Tags
Add tags to organize your charts (e.g., “GDP”, “G7”, “growth”)
Accessing Saved Charts
Find all your saved charts in My Space:- View all your charts at a glance
- Filter by chart type, tags, or date
- Quick actions: edit, duplicate, delete
- See view counts for published charts
Sharing Options
Private Link Sharing
When you save a chart, you get a unique shareable link:Publish to Community
Make your chart discoverable by publishing it to the Community Gallery:- Open your saved chart
- Click Publish to Community
- Your chart appears in the public gallery
- Are visible to all users
- Can receive likes and comments
- May be featured on the homepage
- Build your public profile
Embedding Charts

Duplicating Charts
Create a copy of any chart to use as a starting point:- Open the chart in My Space
- Click the Duplicate button
- Modify the copy without affecting the original
Editing Charts
Update your saved charts anytime:- Open the chart
- Click Edit in Dashboard
- Make changes to data, settings, or appearance
- Save to update the chart
Deleting Charts
Remove charts you no longer need:- Go to My Space
- Select charts to delete
- Click the delete button
- Confirm deletion
Organization Tips
Using Tags Effectively
Tags help you find charts quickly:- Use consistent naming (e.g., always “GDP” not sometimes “gdp”)
- Tag by topic: “inflation”, “employment”, “trade”
- Tag by region: “Europe”, “Asia”, “Africa”
- Tag by time period: “2020s”, “historical”
Collections
Group related charts into collections:- Create themed collections (e.g., “Quarterly Reports”)
- Share entire collections with team members
- Keep your workspace organized
