Changing Your Email
To update your email address:- Go to Account Settings
- Click “Change Email”
- Enter your new email address
- Verify the new email via the confirmation link
- Your old email will receive a notification of the change
Changing Your Password
To update your password:- Go to Account Settings
- Click “Change Password”
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click “Update Password”
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account:- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll to “Danger Zone”
- Click “Delete Account”
- Confirm by typing your email address
- Click “Permanently Delete”

Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:- Go to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
When changing plans, you’ll retain access to your current features until the end of your billing period. Your new plan features will be available immediately upon upgrade.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:- Go to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Complete the cancellation survey (optional)
- Confirm cancellation

Updating Payment Information
To update your payment method:- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Click “Payment Methods”
- Add a new payment method or edit existing
- Set as default if desired
Billing History
View and download your invoices:- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Click “Billing History”
- View past invoices
- Click “Download” for PDF receipts
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Annual plans receive a discount (save ~17%)
- Billing occurs on the same date each month/year
- You’ll receive an email receipt after each payment
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:- You’ll receive an email notification
- We’ll retry the payment after 3 days
- Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
- After 3 failed attempts, your subscription may be paused
Refunds
Refund Policy
- Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within 14 days of purchase
- Accidental purchases: Contact support within 48 hours

Yes, all invoices are available in your Billing History. You can also add company details (name, address, VAT number) in your billing settings for proper invoicing.

Your account and saved charts remain intact. You can access and view your charts anytime, but premium features will be restricted until you re-subscribe.
