Creating an Account

Visit the Dashboard

Click Sign Up

Choose to sign up with email or use social login options

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox and click the verification link

Complete Your Profile

Add your name and optional profile details

Profile Settings

Access your profile settings to manage:

Personal Information

  • Display name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture
  • Bio (for public profile)

Preferences

  • Default chart settings
  • Email notifications
  • Privacy preferences
  • Language settings

Changing Your Email

To update your email address:
  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click “Change Email”
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify the new email via the confirmation link
  5. Your old email will receive a notification of the change
You’ll need to verify your new email before the change takes effect. Make sure you have access to the new email address.

Changing Your Password

To update your password:
  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click “Change Password”
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click “Update Password”
Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account:
  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Scroll to “Danger Zone”
  3. Click “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm by typing your email address
  5. Click “Permanently Delete”
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved charts, published content, and data will be permanently removed.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Settings

Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription

Choose a Plan

Select Pro, Gold, or contact us for Enterprise

Enter Payment Details

Add your credit card (processed securely via Stripe)

Confirm Upgrade

Review and confirm your subscription
Your new features will be available immediately after upgrading.

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
  1. Go to Account Settings > Subscription
  2. Click “Change Plan”
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
When changing plans, you’ll retain access to your current features until the end of your billing period. Your new plan features will be available immediately upon upgrade.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to Account Settings > Subscription
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Complete the cancellation survey (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your saved charts will remain accessible, but you won’t be able to use premium features after cancellation.

Billing

Payment Methods

We accept:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Updating Payment Information

To update your payment method:
  1. Go to Account Settings > Billing
  2. Click “Payment Methods”
  3. Add a new payment method or edit existing
  4. Set as default if desired

Billing History

View and download your invoices:
  1. Go to Account Settings > Billing
  2. Click “Billing History”
  3. View past invoices
  4. Click “Download” for PDF receipts

Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Annual plans receive a discount (save ~17%)
  • Billing occurs on the same date each month/year
  • You’ll receive an email receipt after each payment

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:
  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. We’ll retry the payment after 3 days
  3. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
  4. After 3 failed attempts, your subscription may be paused

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within 14 days of purchase
  • Accidental purchases: Contact support within 48 hours

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:
  1. Contact our Support Team
  2. Provide your account email and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

Frequently Asked Questions

Your saved charts won’t be deleted, but you won’t be able to use premium features like AI Insights or advanced chart types. You can always re-subscribe to regain access.
Yes! Go to Account Settings > Subscription and select the annual option. You’ll receive credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
Yes, we offer 50% off for students and nonprofit organizations. Contact support with verification documents to apply.
Yes, all invoices are available in your Billing History. You can also add company details (name, address, VAT number) in your billing settings for proper invoicing.
Your account and saved charts remain intact. You can access and view your charts anytime, but premium features will be restricted until you re-subscribe.
